• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You retain all rights to the content you generate using SlideForge. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service.

• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SlideForge and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

SlideForge makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall SlideForge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
